C) The Bensenville Liberation Army issued a statement over Radio Free Bensenville vowing to resist imperial Chicago forces.

  1. The question is whether this exercise of eminent domain comes with fair compensation for the owners of those homes. If it doesn’t, it’s unconstitutional, and the owners should sue.
